Riyadh — Mubasher: Derayah Financial Company announced a cash dividend distribution totaling SAR 10.75 million to the unitholders of Derayah REIT Fund for the third quarter (Q3) of 2026, according to a bourse filing.

The payout is based on 107.50 million outstanding units, resulting in a dividend of SAR 0.10 per unit.

The fund manager Derayah Financial stated that the distribution represents 1.30% of the net asset value as of 30 June 2026.

Eligibility for the dividends is set for unitholders registered at the end of the trading day on 25 October 2026, with the final entitlement based on the register at the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date, corresponding to 27 October 2026.

According to the regulatory filing, the payment will be processed within 15 business days from the maturity date.

Derayah Financial urged unitholders to update their bank account details with their respective financial institutions to ensure the direct deposit of their entitlements.
